Crepe Paper is one of the most important solidinsulation of the transformers oil-paper insulation system. It influences to the quality & life-span of transformers directlyThe sophisticated fully automatic boiler takes care of temperature controls in process and moisture content of the paper. The mechanical strength as well cross mechanical strength is enhanced in the process. The BDV is raised to 80% more than the average found in base insulating kraft paper. The pH value remains intact but slightly more towards acidic (prefered). The Hill counts are more than the regular conventional crepe kraft paper which increases volume of the paper, allows more oil to retain, finally keeps the instrument more cool (Oil Transformer).
